Great diving in Cozumel

Michaela and I just got back to Akumal from 2 weeks in Cozumel. It was super nice. Perfect weather (except for one day) and great visibility. We saw just about everything that lives there: rays, barracuda, sea horses, pipefish, nurse sharks, jewel fish, grouper. We stayed with our friend Julie who has a house in Costa Del Sol. It's a great ocean front community. We had a blast with Julie. It was nice to catch up, lounge around the pool, drive around the island, and get faded with mojitos and margaritas. All that fun didn't stop me from putting in alot of volume at the tables. Last year I had some connection issues at Costa Del Sol, but this year I have my trusty BAM wi-fi backup card, so it was all good. I played mostly cash actually since that's what I usually play when the internet can be sketchy. I still feel like I need to make that jump and wean myself off of SNGs, but it's hard to give up the guaranteed $/hour of SNGs just to study cash. I feel like I'm still getting better, but only time will tell. Good luck at the tables! -PinPB
